MAINTENANCE UPDATE APRIL 2025

As we welcome the warmer weather and longer days, our dedicated MLN maintenance team have carried out fantastic work throughout April

Gardens and Ground Care – 

The team has been hard at work keeping Mijas La Nueva looking its best. They’ve been:

• Carefully tending to our extensive gardens, communal green spaces, and surrounding areas
• Trimming trees, clearing pathways, and ensuring all areas remain neat, clean, and enjoyable
• Planting new trees, adding even more life and colour to our beautiful Mediterranean environment

Pool Area Preparation – 

The team has also carried out a full cleaning and inspection of the pool area, focusing on both fire safety and general maintenance. Making sure everything is in top condition for the season ahead so residents and guests can enjoy a safe, relaxing environment.
